- I successfully competed in my first triathlon, felt fitter than ever & recovered quickly due to all Rich's help. It has been great doing RHP Online Fitness Coaching with Rich & getting a proper plan to help me reach new goals. I have never had time to go to the gym but having a monthly tailored plan using the RHP Training App has been fantastic so I can exercise when I have time at home.
